A Message from Our Founder
I spent a large part of my career working for Tribune Media Services, Gracenote and Nielsen - an evolving media measurement behemoth. Most recently I directed education, enablement, and operational efficiency for a 500-person organization, with a mandate to make every client interaction measurably better.
The most consequential work of my career has come recently. When AI made it possible to automate the repetitive parts of client service, I started building agents myself and guided more than a dozen into production. Client engagement now takes half the time it once did. That momentum carried into an enterprise AI deployment across 5,000 employees, with an AI data privacy policy written alongside our legal and security teams, and a voice-of-customer program that lifted CES, NPS, CSAT, and PSAT.
In 2026, MarTech Outlook named me its Customer Experience Director of the Year, a recognition I value most for what it says about the team behind the numbers.
Earlier in my career I managed the other side of the customer relationship: 600 post-sale accounts representing $2B in annual recurring revenue for brands including Hulu, Samsung, and YouTube, with teams spanning the globe.
Away from the office, I served on boards of my regional SPCAs. I am always glad to talk about customer experience, AI, or shelter dogs.
